Hi everyone, its been a lost a year since my last post!! i didn’t realised that until now. I am so exited to share with you colour palette for this Spring/Summer 2018. I fined the colours for this year really amazing except for one colour "chocolate brown” i’m not really a fan.
I want you to take a notice that according to Vogue Italy reported “Trends will take two opposed directions: on one side towards a strong, vibrant palette, that recalls fauvist pictures, on the other towards pastel hues on light and destructured garments, for an ethereal look. All nuances going from lavender to pink will be on trend and will take centre stage on feminine and totally chic ensembles.”
For the colour of the season everyone agreed on was my favourite colour “Pink Lavender” and for the rest of the colour listed down bellow, its just the colours you need to focus on when you update you closet.
Here are the top Spring/Summer 2017 official color trends, Ten colors that will define the new season. knowing this colors will helps you when you go shopping for new things, do your spring cleaning your closet and specially on deciding which item to stash, save or throw it out.
I put some examples that i found from retail stores that match the S/S2017 color trends, all of them are affordable and available in Kuwait market.

Well here we are again talking about another eye treatment. You know I prefer non-surgical treatments than traditional plastic surgery, which is on my opinion when it’s done the right way it has more natural look and most of them are temporary. While the results are temporary, they're still significant — depending on how fast your body react with the treatment, the results can last anywhere from months to three years- And there's the added benefit of reversal and more affordable.
If you’re concerned about eye treatment you will be very happy with my post today. I want you to know that I go now to al-Hayat medical center with Dr. Ashraf zaidan and he suggested this treatment for me using Plasmage machine when I came for consultationabout plexir machine - which do the similar technique.
For about a year now I noticed that my right eyelid become a little bit saggy, and I was looking for a non-surgery solution specially that most of my aunts -from my mother side - suffers from a very thin and sagging eyelid in a young age. And one of them a few years ago did an eye lifting surgery but it didn’t give a really good result.
Sagging eyelids is not a result of advancing age only and can appear at the age of 30’s or as a result sagging muscle or fat layer changes in the eyelids. And this may be due to smoking or exposure to the sun or due to the rapid slack in the internal tissue layer. Now I will talk about the treatment with Plasmage machine then I will leave you with a filmed video explaining the procedure and the before and after pictures.
What is a Plasmage machine? and how does it work?
The Plasmage treatment works by creating a series of minute dots on the skin which trigger an instant contraction and tightening of the skin fibres, to create a lifting, remodeling and rejuvenating effect of the area treated. Plasmage uses the fourth state of matter, Plasma, to achieve this. The principle involves the ionization of gases contained in the air to create a small electrical arc. These ‘arcs’ can be used to treat specific areas of concern WITHOUT damaging the surrounding areas or applying any unwanted heat to them.
Plasmage Application:
-Acne vulgaris is the most common cutaneous disorder, this common cutaneous disorder can cause permanent scarring and disfigurement.
- Xanthelasma palpebrarum is the most common form of xanthoma
-EyeLid Lift andwrinkles. The first wrinkles to appear on our face tend to occur as a result of facial expressions. Sun damage, smoking, dehydration, some medications, as well as a number of other factors may also cause wrinkles to develop.
Most wrinkles tend to appear in the parts of the body which receive the most sun exposure, including the: Backs of hands, Face, Neck and Tops of forearms.
- A lentigo is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
-Hypertrophic Scars are characterized by excessive deposition of collagen in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues secondary to traumatic or surgical injuries.
- Verruca Vulgaris - A flesh-colored, firm papule or nodule due to infection of epidermal cells with human papillomaviruses. Also known as warts.
How long does it take to see visible result?
Plasmage provides dramatic results for a wide variety of skin concerns, and it is considered the ONLY Non-surgical Blepharoplasty option. Results are visible after one treatment- usually from 14 days to 60 days being the final result from that treatment session. Some patients may require additional sessions depending on the area to be treated and the initial severity of the problem. Results are permanent. However, as we age, repeat procedures may be necessary to maintain - as is the case even with Surgery.
Side Effects
Tests showed that the device is safe, but there are some minor side effects after treatment within 7 days after the treatment has been experienced by the patient. There will be some brown spots - as shown in the pictures - it is carbon-peel, but after about 5 days will begin peeling and reveal new skin and pink, and some swelling and bloating - and especially in cases of eyelid treatments, and all of It will be disappear within 3-5 days at most. And to avoid any side effects more serious, such as hyperpigmentation, it is necessary to follow the aftercare that your physician recommends for your case.
Dr. Ashraf described for me MariGold cream three times a day- it is used to helps the skin inflammation and wound healing, Bepanthen Plus cream accelerates wounds healing to use once at night, and finally CC cream from SVR it is medical Foundation and Concealer with SPF50 to protect the skin from pigmentation.
Cases not to be used in
Treatment should not applied on pregnant women or those who are breast feeding. In addition, women with very dark skin this treatment does not suits them because they are exposed to have light or dark spots on their skins after the treatment. The most important advice is: the patient should avoid scratching or scribble and plucking the brown spots that appear on the skin during the first five days after the treatment.

Plasmage cost considered reasonable compared to plastic surgery, prices vary from one clinic to another and you can know the exact price from the physician after consultation.

My experience
On the day of treatment application i didn’t put any make-up on to make sure that the area is clean and to speed up the cleaning process at the clinic. My doctor requested that my skin is clear of make-up to avoid side effect of skin discolouration after the treatment .
Anesthetic cream was applied on my eyelids for 30 minutes and my physician selected the appropriate protocol and strength to my case, there was minimal discomfort and heat sensation.
Treatment time took about 10-15 minutes, and after the completion of the treatment they applied a cooling gel to the treated area to cool it down then ice mask for 15 minutes. After that Dr. ashraf gave me the prescription and aftercare instructions to ensure that i will see the best result.
In some cases, patients may exposed to mild headache or a burning sensation but it should only last a few hours, for my case i didn’t feel any thing of that Thank God.
Swelling signs started to show after four hours after the treatment and started to disappeared after 24 hours. On the second day, the carbon-peel started to fall down by its self and it did disappeared completely after three days, i started using the CC cream from the third with tap motion to avoid and rubbing which can cause a burn sensation and that also disappeared after the tenth day.
Finally after three weeks, Thank God the change was visible and I noticed that when i apply my eyeliner -it’s now more accurate and easy to apply without pulling the eyelid. I wish my post was helpful to you all and I wish you a successful experience with the treatment.
كلكم تعرفون إني أهتم في العلاجات التجميلية و بالأخص المتعلقة بالعين و أتابع أي جديد في المجال و أحب الأشياء اللي تعطي نتيجة و شكل طبيعي ، ما أحب أغير في ملامحي كثر ما أحب أحافظ عليها. بالنسبة حق منطقة العين من فترة لي فترة أحرص علي البوتكس حوالين العين و علي علاج الكاربوكسي و للعلم إن منطقة العين عندي أصلا من و أنا صغيرة عندي خفقة تحت العين و مع الأسف عندنا وراثة من طرف أهل أمي الجفن عندهم رقيق جدا و بسن صغير كل نساء العايلة تظهر عليهم التجاعيد و إرتخاء بالجلد و كان وايد شاغلني الموضوع و أحاول أدور له حل ، و خصوصا إن وحدة من خالاتي حاولت حل المشكلة عن طريق عملية جراحية و للأسف إن العملية ما عطت النتيجة المطلوبة .
أنا حاليا أراجع في عيادة مركز الحياة الطبي مع دكتور أشرف زيدان، و في أحد الزيارات عرضت عليه فيديو لعلاج البلاكسير و هو علاج بديل للعمليات الجراحية يستخدم لمنطقة الجفن بالإضافة إلي مناطق أخري، طالبة إستشارته بالموضوع و إمكانية تطبيق العلاج علي، له كل الشكر إهتم في الموضوع مع إن في البداية ما أقتنع إن عندي مشكلة واضحة خصوصا مع المكياج و أنا ماراح أنطر عيني كلها تتجعد و بدل لا أخضع حق علاج بسيط أضطر اتعامل مع علاج معقد.
اقترح علي علاج جديد و متطور أكثر كان سمع عنه في مؤتمر طبي كان من فترة قريبة مشارك فيه - اسم الجهاز بلازماج - و هما حاليا طبقوه علي أحد ممرضات المركز و تحمست زيادة و حبيت أقابل الممرضة و أعجبتني النتيجة و خصوصا إن عينها كانت مبطنة وايد الجفن العلوي نازل علي عينها و ما شاء الله استفادت وايد من العلاج، و أحب أضيف إن الجفون المترهلة ليست نتيجة لتقدم السن فقط و يمكن ان تظهر في سن الثلاثينات، أو نتيجة ترهلات عضلية او تغيرات الطبقة الشحمية في الأجفان. و قد يكون ذلك بسبب التدخين او التعرض للشمس او بسبب الترهل السريع في طبقة الانسجة الداخلية.
راح أتكلم شوية عن العلاج و بعدين أخليكم مع الصور و الفيديو اللي تم تصويرة أثناء خضوعي للعلاج .
ماهو الجهاز و كيف يعمل ؟
البلازماج هو جهاز طبي بديل للجراحة المجهرية، يعتمد علي الحالة الرابعة للمادة: البلازما. و لتحقيق ذلك، يعمل الجهاز علي مبدأ تأين الغازات الموجودة في الهواء لخلق قوس كهربائي صغير ، يقوم الدكتور المعالج بخلق سلسلة من النقاط الدقيقة علي الجلد بمجرد اقتراب حافة أبرة الجهاز للجلد (بدون لمس الجلد) مما يؤدي إلي انكماش فوري و شد لألياف الجلد . و هذه التقنية لا تسبب أي نزيف أو جروح أو ضرر في الأنسجة الداخلية .
مجالات تطبيق الجهاز ؟
-تحسن في مظهر الندبات و الجروح القديمة ، بما في ذلك ندبات ما بعد الجراحة ، و ندوب حب الشباب و علامات تمدد الجلد.
-تجديد الشباب و علاج سنوات من تعرض البشرة للأشعة الفوق البنفسية الضارة، من تصبغات و خشونة لسطح الشرة ، توسع الشعيرات ، التجاعيد و تراخي الجلد. معظم التجاعيد تميل للظهور في أجزاء الجسم التي تتلقي أكبر قدر من التعرض لأشعة الشمس بما في ذلك : ظهر اليد ، الوجه ، الرقبة ، الكتفين.
-معالجة النمش.
-التجاعيد الأولي التي تظهر نتيجة إلي تعابير الوجه و الجفاف و التدخين .
-حب الشباب و هو اضطراب جليدي شائع يمكن أن يسبب ندبات دائمة و تشوهات.
-معالجة الورم الأصفر ( الكيس الدهني) اللي يظهر حوالين العين.
-معالجة العين المبطنة - ارتخاء الجفن العلو علي العين.
-علاج الثآليل التي عادة ما تكون علي اليدين و الأصابع.
ما هي المدة الزمنية الازمة لظهور النتيجة المطلوبة؟ و كم من الوقت تستمر فعالية العلاج؟
العلاج يحتاج الي جلسة واحدة الي ثلاث جلسات علي حسب الحالة - بين كل جلسة شهر و نص الي شهرين - و النتيجة تكون ظاهرة علي المريضة خلال ٣ أسابيع. و نتيجة العلاج تمتد من سنة الي عدد من سنوات علي حسب حالة المريض.
الآثار الجانبية والأخطار
أظهرت التجارب أن الجهاز آمن، لكن هناك بعض الآثار الجانبية البسيطة بعد العلاج خلال ٧ أيام بعد العلاج قد يعاني منها المريض . سيكون هناك بعض العلامات البني - كما هو موضح بالصور - و هي عبارة عن قشور كربون ، و لكن بعد حوالي ٥ أيام سوف تبدأ بالتساقط و تكشف جلد جديد وردي ، و سوف يظهر بعض التورم و الانتفاخ - و خاصة في حالات علاجات الجفن، و جميعها سوف تختفي خلال ٣- ٥ أيام علي الأكثر. و لتجنب أي آثار جانبية أكثر خطورة مثل فرط التصبغ، من الضروري اتباع نظام الرعاية اللاحقة التي يوصي بها الطبيب المعالج.
دكتور أشرف وصف لي كريم ماريجولد ٣ مرات باليوم و هو كريم يساعد في حالات التهاب الجلد و التئام الجروح ، كريم بيبانثين بلاس كريم يسرع إالتئام الجروح مرة واحدة ليلا ، و أخيرا سي سي كريم من سي في آر و هو فاونديشن و كونسيلر طبي مع حماية عن الشمس لحماية المنطقة من التصبغات.
الحالات التي لا يصلح لها علاج البلازماج
لا يجب تطبيق العلاج علي النساء الحوامل أو من هم في فترة الرضاعة. بالإضافة إلي أن النساء ذوات البشرة الغامقة جدا هذا العلاج لا يناسبهم لأنهم معرضين لظهور علامات و بقع غامقة أو فاتحة علي البشرة المعالجة . و أهم نصيحة هي: علي المريض تجنب خدش أو خربشة و نتف القشور التي ستظهر علي البشرة خلال الأيام الخمسة الأولي بعد العلاج.

تكلفة علاج البلازماج تعتبر معقولة مقارنة بالجراحة التجميلية ، الأسعار تختلف من عيادة إلي أخري و يمكن معرفة السعر من الطبيب المعالج بعد الاستشارة داخل العيادة.

يوم تطبيق العلاج حرصت إني ما أحط مكياج علشان ما يكون هناك أي بقاية من المكياج و يصعب تنظيفها بالعيادة خاصة و أنا مكياجي غالبا واتربروف ، و هذا كان طلب من الدكتور علشان نسرع تحضير المنطقة المعالجةو نتأكد إنها نظيفة تماما لتنجنب حدوث أي تصبغات عليها.
حطولي كريم مخدر علي المنطقة المعالجة ولمدة ٣٠ دقيقة و بعد ما تأكدنا من مفعول التخدير بلشنا العلاج مع البروتوكول و القوة المناسبة لحالتي، حسيت بحرارة بسيطة مع ألم بسيط محتمل و الصوت و الريحة أكثر شي اهما اللي و تروني . وقت العلاج كان تقريبا ١٠ الي ١٥ دقيقة، و بعد الانتهاء من الجلسة تم دهن المنطقة بجل لتبريد المنطقة مع قناع ثلج علي العينين (المنطقة المعالجة) ، و طبعا عطاني التعليمات و وصفة العلاج الواجب تطبيقها بعد العلاج.
في حالات من المرضي ممكن يتعرضون لصداع خفيف في أول يوم فقط، أنا من تجربتي ما حاشني صداع الحمدالله ، بعد العلاج ما كان في انتفاخ الانتفاخ بدي يبلش بعد أربع ساعات و زاد علي بالليل و إختفي علي ثاني يوم ، بالنسبة للقشور ظهرت بعد ساعات و بدأت بالسقوط بروحها من ثاني يوم و إختفت نهائيا بعد ثلاث أيام ، يعني من ثالث يوم ماكان في شي ظاهر خصوصا مع الكونسيلر الطبي بس كان في حرقة بسيطة عند لمس المنطقة بدت تختفي بعد اليوم العاشر.
و أخيرا بعد ٣ أسابيع ، الحمدالله التغيير كان واضح جداو خصوصا و أنا أحط الايلينر صار رسمته أدق من غير ما أضطر أمد الجفن. أتمني أكون أفدتكم إن شاء الله بتجربتي و أتمني لكم تجربة ناجحة.
Sigara borek are a cheese filled ( or any thing you prefer like spinach or potatoes ...etc), cigar shipped fried or baked pastry. These are my favourite appetiser from the turkish cuisine. It’s very easy to make and very delicious.
ingredients:
2 yufka dough ( or phyllo dough)
2 eggs
100 ml liquid oil
100 ml milk
Filling
300g feta cheese
parsley
Garnish
sesame or poppy seeds
Method:
Prepare the filling, chop the parsley and mix it with mashed feta in a bowl . (the quantity of the parsley as you prefer).
Mix the oil, milk and eggs. Reserve mixture (keep one of the egg yolks aside to brush it over the borek before baking)
Separate the sheets of yufka/phyllo dough and place on a clean work surface.
Use a pastry brush to brush a light layer of the reserved mixture onto the surface of each sheet and lay them on top of each other.
At the base of each triangle, Place 1 TBS of the filling.
Fold over the sides of the dough, roll dough up.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and 2 tsp of cool water. Use a pastry brush to brush a light layer of the egg wash onto the surface of each borek.
Sprinkle the borek with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired.
In 180C heated oven it will take about 15 minutes.
سيجارا بوريك هي معجنات محشية بالجبن ( أو بالسبانخ أو بالبطاط...الخ) و ملفوفة علي شكل سيجار و تقلي أو تخبز. البوريك من المقبلات المفضلة لي من المطبخ التركي . الطريقة سهلة و لذيذة لازم تجربونها.
المقادير:
٢ علب عجينة اليوفكا
٢ بيض
١٠٠ مل زيت
١٠٠ مل حليب
الحشوة
٣٠٠غ جبن فيتا
بقدونس
الزينة
سمسم او حبة البركة
الطريقة:
أول شي نحظر الحشوة، نفرم البقدونس علي حسب الكمية اللي تفضلينها ( انا استخدم نص شدة تقريبا) و نهرس الجبن بالشوكة و نخلطهم مع بعض. نخلط الحليب و البيض و الزيت و نحتفظ بحبة وحدة من صفار البيض علي جنب . نفصل شرائح العجين و ندهنهم بالمزيج و نصفهم فوق بعض. مقدار ملعقة واحدة نحشي العجينة من قاعدة المثلث للعجينة و نسكرها من الجوانب و بعدين نلفها . نخلط صفار البيض مع ملعقتين صغار من الماء و ندهن فيه البوريك باستخدام فرشة و نرشهم بالسمسم او حبة البركة. نخبز البوريك لمدة ١٥ دقيقة تقريبا او حتي تتحمر البوريك في فرن حرارة ١٨٠ س.
أسرع وأسهل طريقة لريوق خفيف للدوام، ثلجت مجموعة من البوريك و الصبح أحطهم في الفرن أول ما اقوم من النوم و خلال ربع ساعة الريوق يكون زاهب علي ما ألبس ، أحطهم مع طماط و خيار أو زيتون في علبة الغدا و بالعافية.
For a very easy and quick breakfast for work. I freeze some of the borek so i can later throw them on the oven when i first wake up in the morning, 15 min and my breakfast already done. i will just add tomatoes and cucumbers or olives into my lunch box and bon appétit.
