لقيت الشركة اللي توفر نظام الديتوكس اللي يناسبني ، شركة دزيرف كانت الوحيدة بين الأكاونتات اللي شفتها في الانستقرام اللي ما تعتمد علي السوائل فقط و تقدم مع النظام وجبتين سلطة، و هذا مهم بالنسبة لي لأني ما أحس إني كليت و شبعت إلا إذا في شي قاعد أطحنه بأسناني مو بس سوائل، و غير إن النظام بهالطريقة يصير أسهل تطبيقه و تكراره .
تواصلت مع أصحاب الأكاونت علشان أعرف أكثر عنهم، صاحبة الشركة وحدة كويتية جربت نظام تنظيف الجسم من السموم (الديتوكس) لمدة ٧ أيام في ٢٠١٣ ، و هو كان عبارة عن ٥ وجبات من العصائر باليوم ، و بعد الانتهاء من المدة و التغير الملحوظ في المزاج و النشاط بالاضافة لنضارة و تألق البشرة اللي حست فيه ، بدأت بفكرة المشروع و قامت بمراسلة العديد من المختصين في التغذية و تم اعداد نظام متكامل صحي لتنظيف الجسم من السموم يتكون من ثلاث أيام و ممكن إضافة يوم رابع للأشخاص اللتي تعاني من توتر عالي.
و قد تم افتتاح شركة دزيرف للمأكولات الخفيفة في شهر مايو ٢٠١٦ ، و تم إدراج منتج الديتوكس كأول منتج و هو يتكون من : حليب الصويا أو اللوز للإفطار و عصيرين من الفواكه العالية بمضادات الأكسدة و سلطتين من الخضار المعززه بالبروتين النباتي. و هم الآن بصدد إعداد مجموعة من السلطات و السندويشات الديتوكسية و المفيدة و سيتم وضعها في بعض من النوادي و الكافيهات المختارة. و انتظروا البوست القادم بعد تجربتي للنظام و الانتهاء منه مع تفاصيل تجربتي للنظام يوم بيوم.
I found a company has a detox system thats suits me. Deserve company was the only Instagram account i found that not only depends on liquids, it also offers with their system two salad meals, and this is the most important for me, i love to eat something crunchy to feel satisfied with my food. I think it is much easier to follow and repeat the detox system.
I talked to the account owner to know more about the company, Deserve company is owned by Kuwaiti woman who in 2013 tried the detox system for 7 days to cleanse her body from toxins and excess fat from the liver. She consumed 5 kind of juices as her daily meals and after finishing the system she felt a noticeable change in her mood and level of activity in addition of glowing skin, therefor, she wrote to many specialist in nutrition and health to prepare a integrated system to clean the body of toxin consists of three day and a fourth day to be added for people which are suffering from high tension nervous.

In May 2016, Deserve company was officially opened and the detox system has been included as their first product which consists of : soy milk or almond milk for breakfast, two fruit juices high in antioxidants and two salads rich in vegetable protein.
Now they are planning new healthy detox sandwiches and salads to be added to their menu and its will be available in selected health clubs and cafes. Wait for my next post for more details on my experience with their detox system.
